Zorc is clearly stronger than the Leviathan. Too bad it became what the mainstream viewers THINK Yugioh is. DOMA was just a bunch of shonen anime tropes thrown together to make filler so the anime doesn't catch up to the manga. Trying to make any logic here is like trying to figure out how any of this manages to be consistent with GX.Įxactly this. The fact is, they just Forest Gumped Dartz as a cool teaser to what was going to happen in the next season (or technically the one after that? Is the gran prix its own season?) Or you know, the rest of the gang of powerful summoners we later see in the memory arc.
So by similar logic, the ring shouldn't have been much objection either so why not go after its wielder? Zorc was the ultimate evil and the final "big boss" but he was also the first one who Yugi and co beat up pretty easily if you count the original RPG board.īut based on the onscreen dialogue, Gizmo or whatever he was called flat out said the Orichaclcos predates Atem and therefore it's stronger, hence why the Puzzle can't break the seal.
Just Zorc is stronger than the Leviathan, which of course makes sense since Zorc is the Ultimate EvilĬonsidering that this is an anime with an astounding amount of plot holes.
